Multifamily RAD PBRA - Greenville Housing Authority owns two hundred dwelling units, which are leased to “low-income” families, who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Tenant Selection Plan. Northridge Apartments consists of one, two, three-bedroom duplexes, and four and five-bedroom single family dwellings which make up of the following communities:

Northridge Apartments is located at 601 Beeland Street in Greenville, AL contains a total of 90 rental apartment units and was constructed in 1962.

Southview Apartments located at Carver Circle in Greenville, AL contains a total of 50 rental units and was constructed in 1962.

Highland Apartments located at Valley Drive, Greenville, AL contains a total of 60 rental apartment units and was constructed in 1981.
